Im not really a needy person and dont have any children so i dont need to go to the office much or reach out to the manager. With that being said i haven't really had issues with my apartment and when i did they fixed it. I have noticed in the past that the office seemed short staff however i havent been in there in a few months so i cant speak on the present. They mostly answer emails but need to get better at following up.

I’ve lived here for three years, and to be honest it’s been a bit of a roller coaster of a journey with all the switching of management and such. I think this place is on its way to becoming a very nice place to live now though. Brittany and Cali are ship shaping this place up and as best they can with what they have been given to work with. This is a beautiful property, and I’m glad they have some people running the place now that sees the potential in it just like I do.

I have lived at Bellevue West Apartments for about five years. When I first moved in back in 2020, the apartments and staff were amazing. I truly loved living here, and one of my favorite amenities was the hot tub, I still wish it would get repaired and reopened. I left for about a year and returned in 2024, and it felt like a completely different community due to multiple management changes. Since coming back, we’ve had three or four different management teams, which was frustrating and made things feel inconsistent. That being said, I can honestly say the current management team seems committed to getting things back on track. While there are still some issues that could be handled better, I’ve come to realize that the staff members are often working within policies and directions that come from higher up. They are doing their jobs and trying their best, and I appreciate their efforts. One area that I think still needs improvement is maintenance response times. Repairs can sometimes take longer than expected, and I would love to see maintenance issues addressed more quickly. However, I also understand that this is an older community and that some residents may have more urgent repair needs that require immediate attention. Overall, I enjoy living in this community and appreciate the direction the new management team is taking. I especially like that they are making an effort to host resident events and activities, which helps neighbors get to know one another and creates a more positive relationship between residents and staff. It’s nice to see them working to build a stronger sense of community, and I hope those efforts continue.

I have lived at Bellvue West apartment homes for about 3 months now and In my honest opinion I couldn’t have a more pleasant experience. My neighbors are lovely, and I just moved into one of the newly renovated townhomes that they have. on the website it shows the one bedroom townhouse with carpet, however to my surprise when I came on my first day, it wasn’t carpet. It was hardwood floors, and I was very pleased with that. Tasia at the front office (forgive me if I spelled her name wrong) will 1000% get you into a good home. I would recommend this place for college students like myself who’s looking for something affordable and luxurious at the same time. There wasn’t a whole bunch of red tape that I had to work around or hundreds of papers that I need to find, the whole process was extremely simple, and even when there was a hiccup with my background, check that needed to be corrected on my end, they literally approved me and got me my apartment within like a day or so. I see that there refurbishing more of the townhomes in my area, so I’m sure many more residents will come soon and liven up the community even more. Plus there’s a gas station literally right next to the apartment complex so you don’t even have to go far if you need a quick snack or something.

I love liveing here. The area is convenient to my work place just 4 mins away. The maintenance sucks but thankfully I have not needed them much. The campus area here is well maintained and just pretty. Absolutely love the pool area.

I’ve had a great experience living at Bellevue West. The property is well-maintained and the location in West Nashville is hard to beat. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue, Jason has always responded within 24 hours, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure everything was fixed the right way. I have nothing but great things to say about living here. As an added bonus, the fishing on the property is surprisingly good too!

Amazing experience. Angel in the leasing office was amazing walking me through the entire process as I was relocating from another state, she made sure to walk me through the exact unit going over every detail to make sure I would be absolutely comfortable. I must say the pictures don’t do the grounds of the complex justice as it’s absolutely stunning. And a little extra that want mentioned to me they have security patrol which was a pleasant surprise. Loving it so far.

For the record I am NOT 5 starring this property. I am however 5 starring the maintenance staff member Jeremy. He’s been a sanity saver for me. My AC had all sorts of issues and he’s the only one that was able to fix it. He is very personable and made sure I felt no shame in voicing all of my concerns. Our current property management team is SO much better than the last one!! Emails are answered promptly. Repair orders I have submitted have been taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. Employees I have encountered are friendly and helpful. The breezeways and outside of apartments have been powerwashed and look much better. The current property management team are working to improve Bellevue West.
