I have lived at Bellvue West apartment homes for about 3 months now and In my honest opinion I couldn’t have a more pleasant experience. My neighbors are lovely, and I just moved into one of the newly renovated townhomes that they have. on the website it shows the one bedroom townhouse with carpet, however to my surprise when I came on my first day, it wasn’t carpet. It was hardwood floors, and I was very pleased with that. Tasia at the front office (forgive me if I spelled her name wrong) will 1000% get you into a good home. I would recommend this place for college students like myself who’s looking for something affordable and luxurious at the same time. There wasn’t a whole bunch of red tape that I had to work around or hundreds of papers that I need to find, the whole process was extremely simple, and even when there was a hiccup with my background, check that needed to be corrected on my end, they literally approved me and got me my apartment within like a day or so. I see that there refurbishing more of the townhomes in my area, so I’m sure many more residents will come soon and liven up the community even more. Plus there’s a gas station literally right next to the apartment complex so you don’t even have to go far if you need a quick snack or something.

The office staff is very helpful and kind. We moved here in March and have really enjoyed living here. There have been a couple of maintenance issues, but they were handled promptly.
